One day, Naoya, the strongest high school delinquent in Kanto, missteps on the stairs of a pedestrian bridge and collides with Kana, the girl who was standing in front of him. Somehow, Kana's soul enters the body of Naoya, a fierce delinquent, while Naoya's soul enters the body of Kana, a plain-looking girl!
