The protagonist, Irene, possessed the power to purify magic, but because she was deemed the lowest-ranked, she was loved by no one. She died alone and lonely in her final moments, but when she opened her eyes, she found herself back in the past, specifically, right before she was about to meet her husband, Michael, whom she had ruined everything for. But Michael is acting strangely. He’s a paladin, practically a priest, yet he comes to see me every night.

“Irene, my wife. Tonight, I wish to receive your purification.”

You were definitely that paladin in my past life who wouldn’t even let a single finger touch me, weren’t you?
