Momoko Sugisaki works for the Little Snow Sick Child Care Service, providing in-home day care for sick children. She has a hard time making pleasant facial expressions, and she struggles with the question of when it's okay to break the rules if it's what the child needs. As she grows through her personal challenges, she is able to make a difference in the lives of the young children and parents who depend on her.
